Design Hers, Monthly $100.00 Lingerie Giveaway

Every month, on the first of the month, Design Hers will choose a winner to a free $100.00 worth of any products from our online passionate boutique. All winners will be able to choose from over 1,800 different products at any time you want. To be eligible all you have to do is sign up to be a mailing list member of ours.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES:

No purchase is necessary to enter our monthly sweepstakes.

ENTRY: One you join our mailing list, you are automatically entered into our monthly sweepstakes drawing. You only have to enter once and you will remain entered so long as your email address is valid and so long as you don't request to be removed from our mailing list. You do not need to reenter each month. Entering multiple times will not increase your likelihood of winning the sweepstakes..

ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry, have a valid email address and be a member of our mailing list. Employees and directors of Design Hers or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family (spouse, parents or siblings) or members of their same households (whether related or not) are not eligible for the monthly drawing.

PRIZES: On the first of each month a $100.00 prize will be awarded to a randomly chosen member of our mailing list. This prize can be used to purchase any of the products in our online boutique. No cash redemption is available for your prize award. Any amount not redeemed to the full $100.00 awarded is not redeemable for cash and can only be used as a credit against future orders. Customers are required to pay or use their prize credit towards all shipping and handling costs and taxes. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for purchases made with your prize certificate. The prize is non-transferable and does not contain any cash value.

NOTIFICATION: Any winner will be notified within 2 business days of the first of the month via email. Any winner will be required to reply to Design Hers within 5 days that they have received their prize notification. If no reply is received from the winner, then the award will be forfeited and given to a newly randomly chosen entrant. If the winner's email address is no longer valid he/she will also have forfeited their prize and a new winner will be chosen.

PRIVACY: Upon winning of prize you permit Design Hers to publish your first name and last initial, along with you hometown, state and country if we choose to do so. Please note that none of the information that we obtain for our mailing list is sold or shared by any other companies except Design Hers. We will use this information only for the purpose of notifying you of specials and changes going on at Design Hers. E-Mailings are done approximately once per month, but may be greater depending upon the season and current specials at Design Hers. We will not mail any information to your home address, nor will we call or notify you in any other way other than email.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Please note Design Hers reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the monthly sweepstakes giveaway.
